Children 18 months → Kindergarten
Buds Program
Your child’s journey begins with our Buds program – a complete 1:1 program which incorporates home sessions, childcare sessions, community-based sessions and parent training sessions. Every step of our Buds program is to help your child to become independent across all settings.
The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) serves as the foundation for our Buds program. Childcare and community-based sessions allow us to help your child form connections with others, learn to thrive in different settings and to address challenges which only arise in those environments.

The Buds Program Phases
Phase 1 - Meet & Greet
We meet with you and your child in your home. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about your child’s needs and for you to learn more about us.
Phase 2 - ESDM Assessment
We assess your child according to the ESDM curriculum checklist which covers: expressive/receptive communication, social skills, play skills, cognition, fine/gross motor skills and personal independence skills.
Phase 3 - 1:1 ESDM Sessions
We begin our journey together by doing ESDM sessions at home. ESDM allows us to teach your child their foundational skills across all areas of development while also allowing us to build rapport with your child.
Phase 4 - Introduce childcare sessions
Once we have established a strong connection with your child, we will introduce childcare sessions. These sessions will focus on helping your child create friendships with other children and also to promote their engagement in the childcare setting.
Phase 5 - Introduce community sessions
These sessions help integrate your child into the community so that they develop their understanding of the community and how to become active participants in different community settings.
Milestone - Child starts kindergarten
The end of one chapter and the beginning of the next. We will continue to remain in contact to ensure that your child has a smooth transition to kindergarten. 1:1 sessions with us ceases.

The Academy
Group Program
Our flagship social skills group program based in Sydney. A place where children go to uncover their true potential and take control of their lives. Over 4 modules, children develop their emotional regulation skills, learn to embrace challenges, understand their strengths and how to harness their abilities to help others. Just like a real-life superhero.
We have partnered with many community organisations and services to help us deliver this unique and immersive experience for your child.
Due to nature of the program we can only accept children into the Academy who we have worked with through our Buds Program.
The Academy Program Modules Group
Module 1 - Resilience
The foundation upon which all other skills rest. Your child will be learning to manage their physiological responses, control their underlying thought patterns and utilise adaptive behaviours in response to challenging situations.
Module 2 - Self-concept
Your child will be exploring, identifying and understanding their strengths. They will then learn to create a strong personal identity that is built around those strengths.
Module 3 - Team-work
Your child will learn to seek out and embrace opportunities to use their strengths in group situations. More importantly, they will begin to learn why there is a need for them to use their abilities to help others.
Module 4 - The Superhero mindset
It’s time for your child to unleash their abilities. Your child will be learning how their abilities can be used to help others in need. Through this process, they will understand that they can bring value to society.
